  1. REDUCE YOUR SALT INTAKE

TAKE OUT TIME FOR PHYSICAL MOVES 

Start your old hobby like dancing , swimming , aerobics  or even just walking for half an hour can be a good start . start taking out time for yourself . get in more oxygen .

AVOID SUGAR AND OTHER WHITES

Sugar is considered as the inflammatory food apart from this they give us calories without nutrition .

START TAKING TWO LITRE OF WATER ON A REGULAR BASIS . 

The water can be simple water , detox water , or lemonade smoothies but if you get up being water deprived eventually you will end up eating more .

 

 

 

 

 

MY PCOS FIGHT STORY

This post is for all humans regardless of there gender whether they are male or female . This is a informative blog which will be helpful to guide their mates, family members and all near and dear ones .

DIAGNOSIS

This is my story of pcos fight story . PCOS  is not a disease , it is just a disorder or syndrome that occurs because of lifestyle . I remember i was in class tenth in 2010 when I was diagnosed with pcos . I visited the doctor as  my menstrual cycles were delayed from 28 to 40 to 80 days yes this was the problem .

INITIAL TREATMENT

ALLOPATHIC 

I consulted various doctors and took every medicines from birth control pills to metformin to as common as iron supplements . The words that were common with each and every doctor was to reduce weight and indulge in physical exercise. Though there were many girls who were of my age more obese than me with a worst lifestyle then why me ? . I took birth control pills for two years this made my cycles regular but this was the worst decision of mine as these pills are steroids and steriods make our immune system very weak i come to know all this when i studied pharmacy.

AYURVEDA

After the completion of my high school i decided to took hold of my disease . i started studying about my disease and there came a point when there was not a single article on google which i havent studied .

I took ashokarisht , shatavari , triphala , guggal , kachnar though the best thing  was that these things were beneficial and were without side effects .

it is very important at the same time to diagnose the cause behind your disorder for me it was stress , anxiety and even worse depression . The truth is nobody can take you out from depression until and unless you want to come out of it. In between of ayurveda and allopathic i had taken homeopathic medicine also but i didnt took it for the prescribed peroid of duration .

LIFESTYLE MODERATION(while in hostel) 

  1. I just stopped or banned outside food from my life .
  2. I used to start my day with lemon water .
  3. I added natural remedies for pcos like apple cider vinegar , spearmint tea.
  4. My diet was shifted from high glycemic index food to low glycemic index food .
  5. I used to walk for 45 minutes daily and started normal exercise .
  6. I started to pursue my hobby that is dance .
  7. I was indulged in every thing that makes me happy and not to forget my 8 hour sleep .

All the females out there who are reading this you are brave , courageous and only you can help yourself to get out of this . you are beautiful , strong and i know the courage it takes to be with pcos .

To all the males reading this please start looking at these females with respect not with sympathy all they need is love , care and understanding .
